  • Any activity under your account will be deemed as performed by you.

4. Payments, Fees & Refunds

  • Course enrollments, subscriptions, or premium placement features may require payment.
  • All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated.
  • Accofin is not liable for payment failures or delays caused by third-party providers.

5. User Responsibilities

  • By using our Services, you agree to:

5. Recruiter & Employer Terms

  • Employers may post job/internship listings subject to approval.

  • Accofin does not verify every job posting but reserves the right to remove fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate listings.

  • Recruiters must comply with applicable labor, employment, and data protection laws.

  • Any disputes between recruiters and candidates are their sole responsibility; Accofin is not a party to such contracts.
